Operational Training Services Overview

  • Standard Training—A training program is developed based on your needs--topics may include advanced searching, conceptual searching, application best practices, hiring manager training, or an introduction to new processes or functions.
  • Full Recruiter Training—Customized training provides hands-on utilization of the application and the customer process. This typically includes onsite training over a two-day period.
  • Ongoing Training Support—This includes continuation of new user training delivered prior to systems “go-live.” Ongoing support also encompasses maintenance of training materials with up-to-date info, new features and functionality, and process changes.
