Futurestep appoints Trish Healy as Vice President, RPO Operations, North America
Sydney, Australia, February 10, 2012 – Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company (NYSE:KFY), today announced the appointment of Trish Healy as Vice President, RPO Operations, North America. Ms. Healy will be relocating from Sydney to Los Angeles, CA, effective March 4, 2012. This role, which reports into Jeanne McDonald, Vice President and General Manager, RPO & Projects North America, will provide greater focus on the increasing demand for effective RPO solutions in North America.
Ms. Healy has worked with Futurestep since November 2006 with a distinguished and impactful career in the Australia and New Zealand business, most recently working as Client Solutions Director, leading the direction and growth of the Australian Solutions Group including the RPO, Projects and Consulting Teams.

Prior to joining Futurestep, Ms. Healy was the Head of HR at AAPT where she was part of the executive team, reporting to the CEO and responsible for the People and Performance function across the organization. Prior to AAPT, she worked for over 10 years in a variety of HR Management roles across diverse sectors. Ms. Healy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Monash University Victoria and a Post Graduate Diploma from Deakin University Victoria.
