‘The Big 8′ skills give lift to rare-air executives
Mastering skills that others lack is a piece of professional advice that could lead to the pathway of success. In the fifth installment of Proof Points, Korn/Ferry’s IP-focused thought leadership, the Firm’s analysis on a constellation of skills, dubbed ‘The Big 8′, revealed the top competencies associated with high performers at all organizational levels. However, they are rare and hard to develop – only 12 percent of executives count four or more among their top-tier strengths.
