			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Futurestep, a division of Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), announced the appointment of Jaishankar “Jai” Adhinarayanan as vice president of its Global Service Management Centers. Adhinarayanan joins Futurestep from Risesmart in India, where he headed service delivery for the India Center.</p>
<p>Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY) announced that Richard Antoine joined its global board and CEO services practice as a senior advisor on CEO and C-suite succession planning. Antoine was most recently president of AO Consulting, a human resources consulting firm. Previously, Antoine had served as global head of human resources at Procter &amp; Gamble.</p>
