Zara is a Consultant within Futurestep’s Industrial Practice, based in Melbourne.  Zara holds specific responsibility for the development and retention of Futurestep’s client base across the industrial sector. She specialises in the recruitment of general management and commercial functional positions including:

Prior to joining Futurestep, Zara led a recruitment business within a specialised Procurement and Supply Chain consulting organisation. Prior to this Zara, started and ran her own recruitment business specialising in the Banking and Finance industry.

Zara has completed a Bachelor of Business and is interested in connecting talent strategy to business performance.
