Eric Goldstein serves as Sector Leader of Financial Services & Real Estate within Futurestep’s Search Practice. Based in the New York Office, Eric brings more than 20 years of experience in professional services.
With 14 years of experience in Executive Search, Eric has partnered with top public and private commercial real estate owners, developers and operators, private equity firms and financial institutions. Prior to Futurestep, Eric had led a commercial real estate focused national boutique search firm.
Prior to becoming an executive search consultant, Eric’s career had been focused on finance and accounting. He had served as Chief Financial Officer of the Executive Search Division of TMP Worldwide. Eric is a Certified Public Accountant and spent his early career in public accounting with Coopers and Lybrand.
Eric graduated from State University of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in English.
He received his MBA in Professional Accounting from Rutgers Graduate School of Management in New Jersey.
