POSITION OVERVIEW This role represents the program management office for the project with responsibility for overall program management and the management of shareholder and stakeholder alliance. This governance role entails integrating together all the plans of various design group, deployment and enablement teams for risk management, program management, quality management and reporting management. Key responsibilities are as follows: - Lead the development of and manage the integration (scope, schedule, deliverables, and interdependencies) of programs and rollup into a master plan; - Ongoing Plan management and benefits maximization, quantification and monitoring; - Track, report status, and facilitate resolutions of issues and risks; - Track and monitor project budget, analyzing earned value based on resources used; - Coordinate external support resources (Strategic Advisory, Technical Advisory, Methodology Experts, Research & Development); - Manage business requirements and negotiate with Lines of Business regarding desired changes to those requirements; - Lead the development of a Business Architecture that defines specifications for the work plans; - Integrate communications to executive and functional stakeholders; - Ensure alignment with other groups within the company. REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - University degree in Industrial Engineering or other technical fields. - Program Management expert with 10+years of experience in managing and coordinating large scale project planning and integration - Consultative coach capable of managing a large number of process and people and tracking multi-dimensional deliverables from both micro and macro perspectives - Results-driven disposition and ability to deliver corporate objectives across multiple performance measurement standards - Analytical, methodical, structured and dedicated to quality - Strong communicator and negotiator with ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels of seniority including peer group - Proven ability to manage successfully within a high volume, highly demanding environment encompassing complex logistics and large numbers of people, metrics, and stakeholders - Confident, natural motivator, people and team-oriented Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
